"Speeds have been solid, honestly"
I’ve been using Net10 for a while now, and the data speeds have been better than I expected. Videos load fast, maps don’t really lag, and I barely notice any slowdowns when I’m out and about. The only time I’ve had issues was when I forgot to check my data balance first, which was totally preventable.

"Autopay is confusing and I’m tired of dealing with it"
I tried to update my autopay settings it was way more confusing than it needed to be. The account settings are frustrating to navigate, and at this point I’m just tired of having to dig around for basic stuff that should be simple.

"Porting my number was a total hassle"
I tried switching my old number over to Net10, and it was way more frustrating than they made it sound. They act like it’ll be quick and easy, but that was definitely not my experience. Support kept telling me to just wait another 24 hours, like that was supposed to magically fix everything. In the meantime, my phone kept working one minute and not working the next. It finally got sorted out, but for something they make seem simple, it was a rough start

"Pretty good deal for what I need"
The plans are affordable, and they’ve worked fine for what I use them for. I’d say I’m saving a bit since I’m not paying for a bunch of extra features I probably wouldn’t even use.

I was able to find a decent phone on Net10 Wireless without much hassle. Like I said, they had enough choices in my price range, so I didn’t feel stuck picking from just one or two options. The site was easy to get around, and checkout went smoothly with no weird problems popping up. Like I said, the only thing I wish was clearer was the shipping info, but overall it was a good buying experience.

"Refills Actually Work Like They Should"
Billing has been straightforward, which is more than I can say for a lot of places. My refill posts quickly every time, and I haven’t had any random weird charges show up, so that’s been a nice little surprise

"Service is fine, but the app and site need work"
The phone service itself has been alright, but using the website or app is another story. Pages take their time loading, the login doesn’t always behave, and my plan details don’t always show up the way they should. Even refilling my account ended up taking longer than expected. It gets the job done eventually, but you can definitely tell the online side hasn’t had much attention in a while.

I canceled quickly and, to be fair, the refund came back without much hassle. Still, whoever runs this should probably make the whole process a bit clearer so people aren’t left wondering what’s going on.

"Support actually got back to me fast"
I had a problem with my phone not loading my minutes, so I reached out to support. They replied quickly and helped me get it fixed without turning it into some huge hassle. i was a little surprised it went that smoothly. It’s just nice to get a “real” response when you actually need help
